Club Sasi Return Policy

At Club Sasi, every product is carefully checked before shipping. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Eligibility for Return:

• Returns are only accepted for malfunctioned or damaged items.

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of damage (clear photos or video) must be provided when you contact us.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:

• All other purchases (including items in good condition, sale products, and personal accessories) are final sale.
